I am interested in getting information about a quick way to help family to the U.S.?

I am interested in getting information about a quick way to help my family immigrate to the U.S. from Germany. He is 25 and will/can continue his education over here. Any suggestion greatly appreciated! I know the answers are going to be "Embassy", etc. But has anyone else encountered this and had a speedy result or know of someone or has knowledge? He is a good guy who loves the U.S. THANK YOU!
