Are Straight people discriminated against if they can't get a Civil Union?

What does this even mean? Seriously. "... don't want to get married" but "want rights and privileges from the State" WHICH SOCIETY GRANTS TO PEOPLE FOR BEING MARRIED. And should do away with as soon as the Greatest Generation is all dead because most everyone younger is too darn stupid to even get what marriage benefits are about or why the state is in marriage in the first place.
