How can i fix my driving history!?

Back in 2008, I was involved in a hit and run case. I was driving my company van and was hit by a truck, who fled fom the scene. I reported this to police and my company claimed the insurance for repairs. Now, I am looking to buy a bike and my driving abstract shows that I was at fault. So now, even though, the claim was made, I was still not at fault, I want to fix my driving abstract. For the record, I live in Ontario, Canada.
