Was my right to a speedy trial violated?

On 05/13/11 I had a hearing for a traffic violation, it was an infraction. I entered a not guilty plea and was schedualed an arraignment for 06/03/11 at witch time I was ordered to bring roughly 400$ for bail. After paying the bail I was schedualed a court date of 07/12/11. I live in california and a speedy trial is considered 45 days. My question is weather the countdown would have started from when i entered my plea or when i posted bail.
