ok so im 16, size 12(uk) and more than a wee bit chubby. i need some one to please tell the weight i should be, how many ideal calories per day i should have, how much exercise a day and which ones are the best for burning fat, best foods to eat and stay away fom. basically just the best way to lose weight healthily but also as quick as possible (if thats possible). i think if someone tells me what to do i might be able to stick to it better. thanks
