I am 12 weeks pregnant i have HBP from my last baby so before getting pregnant with this one I have headaches?

I am taking madication for the HBP but I still have the headaches fom the HBP.. Does anyone know what I should do? I did see a dr when i had been given the medication for HBP but now I havents been in a while...
