I was given a horse what do I do now?

I was given a full grown horse, I don't know a lot about taking care of a horse and I really don't know a lot about the horse it self so I was hoping for some advise on where to start and what I'm looking at cost wise so I can start preparing for it, I've only got a few days before it gets to my home so any speedy replies would be appreciated, THANKS!
