Rundll errors on xp desktop can't find the specified dll anywhere online to fix it.?

I am running a computer with Windows xp it was custom built by a friend and I have had it for almost 5 years. Recently, during start up while programs are beginning to load an error message has started popping up which reads; "Error loading C:\Windows\uwegorey.dll" there are two pop ups that read this same error every time I start the computer. I have recently downloaded speedy pc to try and update/fix the dll errors but these two messages still come up upon startup. I have checked lists of dll regesteties and have been unable to identify this dll. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
