Gabrielle Gifford: isn't she lucky to have the CADILLIAC plan of insurance that only government employees get?

Has she or her family said "thank you" to the american people for paying into their insurance plan which american citizens are not entitled to? I wish her a speedy recovery but also think she should be used as an example of the unfairness in which politician treatment is given such a priority over the citizens of the united states.
