Questions about scooter?

Where I live you don't need a m license for a 50cc but I would strongly suggest to get you're m1 and take the safety course and for a 50cc insurances you're not looking at a lot pretty cheap I can't tell you how much but I know it will be cheap.. I don't have any recommend on a scooter. but if you live where there lots of hills like steep hills a 50cc will have a hard time going up one.. Where I live it's an old people town and I see old people going up hills with a 50cc scooter and it takes them forever to gain speed going up a hill.
