Which netbook would you consider the best?

Don't kid yourself, Civ 4 is very hardware-intensive. Once the earth is populated and there's a lot going on, it eats tons of RAM and uses tons of GPU resources. It was one of the reasons I upgraded from an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz with 2GB of RAM and a GeForce 8500 GT to a Phenom II X4 940 with 8GB of RAM and a Radeon HD 4870. Civ 4 will eat a netbook alive because even those meager desktop specs crush the power of a netbook.
