WHAT SHOULD I DO!? help plleeassee?

ok so heres the thing...i dated his guy like 5 months ago for about a month then he got caught with drugs in his car so he spent some time in jail...he got out and we resumed w/ pur relationship where we left off then some weeks later when we were supose to go out he never called to see when hes was comming to get me...icalled and texted him he never awnsered then dayshave gone by and still no answer then it was months i hadnt heard fom him i askd his friend and he said hes probably back in jail but no one knew for sure...about 3 months later they had just opened a new phone store in the mall...i went in with a friend to look around and a guy employee came up behind us and askd if we needed help. i was so stunned to see him. he looked exactly like my bf that dissappeared and he had the same first name. everytime i walk into the mall the phone store is the first store u pass and he firts with me and smiles and everything everytime i walk by. i kinda flirted back a few times. he tried to ask me out but i made a distraction and walked away... my friend and mom thinks hes bad news but theres something about him idk what but i dont kow should i go thru the other mall entrance and avoid him or should i go out with him??
