What happened to our Constitutional Rights?

What happened to our Constitutional Rights. If we protest we get arrested 9 out of 10 times now days....If we use are right of freedom of speech we have to monitor what we say.......Congress has no need for warrants are a reasonable doubts now........we torch-er when our constitution says right of fair public and speedy trail.....we have been invaded by right to privacy ........So why has Bush's administration where he created 150 new and unconstitutional laws not been altered do to a new presidency????? .....because our society's liberty are rusting away since the False Flag n under Bush's administration
