I got one luggage from my boyfriend fom uk...he send a luggage for me through uk post?

march 26 2011 the luggage is in scotland...then march27 australia..then march 28 malaysia..then march 29 phils the arrival.....but they control the luggage....clearance demanded....they hold it then the malaysian woman call me she said they cant deliver the luggage they ask me 460USD for the release of the luggage.....is it true that the luggage is in there hands? how can i get that luggage?i dont have 460usd here in the phils.....im worried about the important documents inside the luggage with the approval of the united kingdom court.pls help me to fixed it
