How can I lose weight?

Wow, it almost seems as if I posted this question. I'm 5'6 (yeah, I'm short for a guy) 185 pounds, and I don't eat that much either. I simply hate my appetite cycle because eating anything before 11:00am makes me sick, I have NO appetite in the morning, and it all comes back at night and I get this crazy appetite. I've been skinny before, so I know the ropes, and the only times I've been skinny were when I was involved in sports. Sadly, those opportunities don't exist for some people, so the best method of losing weight would be no more regular soda (if you must, diet only) and force yourself to eat breakfast. The hard part that a lot of us try to deny is that you can't lose weight without exercise. Find something physical that you enjoy. I'm recently taking up tennis. Find what you like and do it. It can even be those exercise games that are so popular these days, you know the ones for the xbox kinect and the Wii?
