Honorable Military Discharge for Chapter 5-13?

I have been serving Active Army or about 18 months now and I had a series of traumatic events that occurred recently and went to see a psychiatrist about it and now being Honorably Discharged under Chapter 5-13 Personality Disorder. My question is, do I still have a chance at being a police officer? it is my life long dream and I currently have a degree in Criminal Justice. Also, Is it possible for the army, or anyone at all, to be able to hide the "personality disorder" on my form or get rid of it all together? If not, I heard rumors that if you enlist in the National Guard or Reserves, your previous discharge fom is void. Is this true as well?
