Does the cia still do test on unsuspecting people?

With all the lsd and even more creepy stuff that went on are they still doing that stuff or is it harder now with all the laws. I know they do it cause they were trying to learn how to use it on our enemies but if they were doing that now what could they be doing now if anything. Some of the stuff people say (who are probably crazy) is that the cia is invading their minds and i wonder if we re safe in our own minds just wondering. And not only cia i know the nsa is pretty ahady as well. And are these things just exagerated by movies and stuff (i should ve aske that earlier) cause fom my understanding the cia does mostly intel gathering now anyway i hope someone can answer
