Do i have memory loss?!!!?

About 3 years ago,i had a concussion fom being knocked over by a girl to the cement floor.i was unconscious for 5 hours and i didnt know what i was doing and where i was for bout 3 days,but i got to go home.but now i feel like alot of things before the concussion is a blur.is this possible?
