If you want to know go to your local police department and let them know what happened they'll either tell you she did nothing wrong or arrest her as for how much money you can get you would have to file a seperate lawsuit for that pressing charges is just the legal tool not a monetary damages one you would have to hire a lawyer sue her and in my opinion you wont get much unless she cause a serious injury and even then a broken arm will only get you like 15,000
