2 DAY SHIPPING! PLEASE HELP?

So I purchased stuff on AMAZON.com and I chose 2 day shipping. Today is Wednesday. I am expecting my stuff to get here by Saturday. Will this work out???? I hope so because I am really wasting money on speedy shipping (amazon expects it to get to me by next tuesday) when I can really pay for normal shipping for a third of the price.
